: In the Making: Spring 2016 Teen Art Show
In the Making is a free after-school and summer program that engages New York City high school students in an exploration of modern and contemporary art. Integrating art making, observation, travel, and discussion, these ten-week courses invite students to use MoMA as a resource for inspiration, discovery, and learning. Collaborative and individual activities provide a space for students to create their own works of art. Traveling to MoMA every week, they created a community of their own at the Museum—a sense of which can be seen here—and we are pleased to present their work to the public.
Saturday—Thursday, 10:30 a.m.—5:30 p.m.
Friday, 10:30 a.m.—8:00 p.m.
